On November 18, 2010, Sparinvest Fondsmaeglerselskab A/S, Taastrup, Denmark has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on CEWE COLOR Holding AG, Oldenburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005403901, WKN: 540390, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 26, 2010 and on that day amounted to 4.45% (this corresponds to 328613 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 4.45% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 328613 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
