Pursuant to § 10 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpPG), which entered into force on 1 July 2005, companies listed on the stock exchange are obliged to publish, once a year, a document containing information - or making reference to information - published by the company or made available to the public in the twelve preceding months in compliance with specific regulations under company law or capital market law.
