Dividend payments
The development of dividends documents the long-term, sustained strength of a company. CEWE COLOR Holding AG has in the past proved to be a worthwhile investment for its shareholders. The dividend yield was more than 6 % in relation to the share price on the date of the 2009 Annual General Meeting.
And nothing is to change in future: anyone taking a risk deserves to participate in the earnings of a company. "We are pleased to have been able to pay our shareholders a dividend of one euro or more per share, even in the reconstruction years," says Dr. Rolf Hollander, Chairman of the Board of Management of CEWE COLOR Holding AG. "Now that the restructuring phase has been completed we expect to see earnings rising."
