Doctorate at the University of Northumbria in Newcastle, UK; in 1994 Deputy Head of Steinbeis Transferzentrums BMS, followed by position as Head of Hardware & Software Development with Metec GmbH, 1998 Assistant to the Technical Director of CEWE COLOR AG & Co. OHG, Managing Director of the Neumüller CEWE COLOR Stiftung since 2005 and member of the Board of Management of CEWE COLOR Holding AG since 1 January 2007, Head of Technical and Research and Development divisions.

| Dr. Olaf Holzkämper, CFO
After studying Business Administration at the University of Passau, Olaf Holzkämper gained his doctorate at Göttingen University. He then worked as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company in Munich and Hong Kong. In 2005 he joined the CEWE COLOR Group.
