Auditors

On 2 June 2010 the Annual General Meeting appointed Commerzial Treuhand GmbH, Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Oldenburg, as auditors for the business year of 2010. The duty of the auditor is to pass judgement on the consolidated annual financial statements and the management report for the Group on the basis of an audit.
