Ombudsman counters irregular business conduct

CEWE COLOR acknowledges the Governance Codex and the resulting compliance principles. For almost 50 years now, the success of our company has been based on the fact that we offer innovative products and services at competitive conditions and that our dealings with our customers and business partners are conducted in a fair manner. Illegal dealings are not consistent with our basic values and our business principles.

We have thus drawn up regulations to prevent business crime within the scope of a compliance system. Compliance with these sets of rules and regulations aims at protecting the company against misconduct which may harm the company and cause it to lose its reputation.

In this context we have appointed an ombudsman to whom employees as well as business partners and external parties may refer any confidential indications of suspected cases of corruption, fraud, embezzlement or any other serious irregularities.
